3G banned to prevent mobile porn!

it seems that Cambodians will have to say bye to 3G..due to the prime minister's wife and friends being spammed with XXX content...not only is 3G banned but it seems that his wife had signed a petition asking him to act against the phones, which can send video as well as still images...so she basically wants a phone to talk to and thats it?
