even though they say they are only testing it and not planing to get into VoIP.. the only thing they are testing is their luck that they are not too late behind to catch up and have a chance to compete with cable providers such as comcast that are now providing a triple play package (TV, Internet,and VoIP)..and giant Verizon offering quadruple play:
Internet (FIOS & DSL), Phone(landline & VoiceWing) Wireless (Cell phone and broadband)
IPTV( FIOS TV ) ...
